Class EA Study to explore new well supply in Tavistock

February 22, 2022

Oxford County has begun a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study to explore potential opportunities for a new well supply in the Village of Tavistock.

Tavistock currently receives water services from three wells located in the centre of the village near Queen’s Park. The addition of a fourth well will improve the long-term supply and security of drinking water for the community.

Have your say

Consultation with the residents and businesses of Tavistock is a key part of the study process. We will be asking for public input at different points throughout the study period.

How to get involved:

  • Contact a member of the project team to be added to the study’s mailing list or to provide comments.
