Consultation has concluded

The Woodstock Museum National Historic Site (NHS) and Oxford County Archives have partnered together to collect stories of everyday life during the pandemic for future generations of historians.

Please share your stories, artwork, photographs and videos for our Writing COVID-19 History project! Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • How have shopping conditions changed over time?
  • Are you experiencing financial challenges?
  • How are you coping while social distancing with friends and loved ones?
  • What are you doing to keep your children occupied or engaged with online learning?
  • Have you rediscovered or taken up new hobbies or crafts?
  • What is it like to work on the front lines as an essential service?

How to share your stories

  1. Send an email to archives@oxfordcounty.ca with the subject "Writing COVID-19 History."
  2. Share your story with the community through the "Stories" tab below, using words and/or photos.
