How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected your life?
University of Guelph is working with Oxford County and more than 20 local partners to study how the pandemic has changed life for residents, including their health, wellbeing, social life, finances, and day-to-day living.
Complete the survey below or return the paper copy mailed to your household in the prepaid, self-addressed envelope.
About the study
The Oxford Response to COVID-19 survey is part of a University of Guelph study on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted rural and small urban communities. For their support, Oxford’s municipal and community partners receive study results and data for use in program planning and COVID-19 recovery initiatives, particularly those that relate to housing, mental health and addictions support, and income and food security.
This research project is funded in part by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) through the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance. It is also supported by the following Oxford County partners:
