Converting the existing four-lane cross section to a three-lane cross section with dedicated bike lanes (single lane each way with centre two-way left turn lane). Additional work includes new sidewalks, watermain replacement, storm and sanitary sewer repairs, and traffic signal upgrades at the intersections of Huron/Devonshire and at Huron/Ingersoll. This work requires road closures but access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
